Steven Moti heads and founded GSC Energy, a subsidiary of GSC Holdings, which has entered into a 27-year Partnership Agreement with the Cameroon government to build Solar Parks to the cumulative value of $2.2 billion.
The partnership translates into a construction period of two years, before reaching commercial close, and a 25-year power purchase agreement.
